「シャープ退職者１００人採用」と日本電産の永守氏　自動車やスマホ向け好調、「触覚デバイス」３０００億円めざす

精密小型モーター大手の日本電産の永守重信会長兼社長は２１日、経営再建中のシャープの退職者を１００人規模で採用する方針を明らかにした。同日発表した平成２７年９月中間連結決算はスマートフォンや自動車向けが好調で売上高、利益とも過去最高を更新。今期は新規分野を中心に１８０億円の追加投資を行う計画で、経験豊かなシャープの技術者を確保を図る。

■「すでに幹部級３０人を」…売上高・最終益いずれも最高

　シャープは９月に３２００人以上の希望退職を実施し、自主退職も相次いでいる。日本電産はすでに退職者３０人程度を幹部級で採用したという。永守氏は、決算発表会見の席上で「応募があれば１００人くらい採用してもいい」と明言。シャープで培われた「技術を生かすことができる」とした。シャープの退職者が多い地域での事業所新設も検討する。
