東証大引け、続伸　３カ月ぶり高値、海外ファンドが買いとの声

20日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は小幅に４日続伸した。前日比20円00銭（0.10％）高の１万9879円81銭で終え、８月20日以来、３カ月ぶりの高値をつけた。海外の一部ファンドが決算期末に伴う買いを大引けにかけて先物に入れ、現物もつれ高した。短期的な過熱感を背景に朝方から売りに押される展開だったが、取引終了間際に上昇へ転じた。

　三菱ＵＦＪモルガン・スタンレー証券の藤戸則弘投資情報部長は「11月20日に決算期日を迎える海外のヘッジファンドが運用成績を上げようと買いを入れた」とみる。甘利明経済財政・再生相が20日の記者会見で、法人実効税率の引き下げについて「減税先行でもいい」と説明。政策への期待も相場を押し上げる一因になった。

　ただ、日経平均は取引時間のほとんどで小安く推移した。19日の米株式相場が下落。外国為替市場で円相場が円高方向に振れ、投資家心理の重荷となった。週末を前に目先の利益を確定する動きも広がりやすかった。

　ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400も４日続伸し、前日比27.24ポイント（0.19％）高の１万4460.70で終えた。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も４日続伸し、2.80ポイント（0.17％）高の1603.18で終えた。

　東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆1857億円。売買高は18億4455万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1139と、全体の６割近くを占めた。値下がりは623、変わらずは153銘柄だった。
