27日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は反落し、前日比60円47銭（0.30％）安の１万9883円94銭で終えた。米国が感謝祭の祝日で海外勢を中心に休暇を取る投資家が多く、商いが低調な中で目先の利益を確定する動きが優勢となった。市場の関心が高い中国・上海株式相場が下げ、投資家心理が悪化。下げに拍車をかけた面もあった。

安倍晋三首相が午前の閣議で、2015年度補正予算案の編成を指示した。経済対策への期待は根強いが、詳細はこれからの段階として市場の反応は限られた。

　ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は反落し、前日比70.68ポイント（0.49％）安の１万4378.61で終えた。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も反落。終値は7.87ポイント（0.49％）安の1594.45だった。

　東証１部の売買代金は概算で１兆9929億円と、低調だった。２兆円割れは10月22日以来、ほぼ１カ月ぶり。売買高は18億5165万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1141と、全体の６割近くを占めた。値上がりは648、変わらずは132銘柄だった。
