22日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は反発し、前週末比143円88銭（0.90％）高の１万6111円05銭で終えた。前週末の欧米株安や原油安で寄り付き後は売りに押されたが、売り一巡後は上げに転じた。節目の１万6000円割れの水準では押し目買い意欲が強く、売り方の買い戻しなどが膨らんだ。中国・上海株式相場が堅調に推移したことも相場の支えとなった。

　円高進行に一服感がみられた場面では、歩調に合わせるようにして上げ幅を広げた。空運や食料、医薬品株の上昇が相場全体を押し上げ、日経平均の上げ幅は一時200円を超えた。

　ただ、一段と上値を追うには買いを誘う材料に欠け、目先の利益を確定する売りも出やすかった。原油相場や世界経済の先行き不安に対する懸念は払拭されておらず、持ち高を一方向に傾ける姿勢は限られた。午後の取引では高値圏でもみ合う展開が続いた。東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆581億円とかろうじて２兆円を超えたが、今年最低水準だった。

　ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は反発した。終値は前週末比83.97ポイント（0.72％）高の１万1772.51だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も反発し、8.18ポイント（0.63％）高の1300.00で終えた。

　東証１部の売買高は概算で20億3748万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は全体の65％にあたる1256、値下がりは588、変わらずは96だった。
