　金融株も軟調で相場の重荷になった。三菱ＵＦＪは一時４％を超えて下落した。日銀のマイナス金利政策による利ざや悪化などを不安視する見方が強まった。今日午後の債券市場で長期金利が低下し、10年物国債の利回りが過去最低のマイナス0.1％を一時付けた影響も出た。海外市場で金融株が下落した流れも引き継いだ。７日の欧州株式市場でドイツ銀やクレディアグリコルが下落。欧州中央銀行（ＥＣＢ）理事会を10日に控えてマイナス金利政策による収益への影響を懸念する見方が強まった。東京市場でもマイナス金利による悪影響が懸念されやすくなった。

　東証マザーズ指数は７日ぶりに反落した。終値は前日比17.31ポイント（1.85％）安い918.68だった。主力のそーせいやミクシィが売りに押された。前日発表の決算が振るわなかったＢガレージも安い。半面、主力製品で新機能の提供を始めると発表したアイビーシーが大幅に上昇した。関門海やアンビションも買われた。
