東証大引け、続落　ＦＯＭＣ控えて膠着、売買代金は２兆円割れで低調

16日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は続落し、前日比142円62銭（0.83％）安の１万6974円45銭で終えた。米連邦公開市場委員会（ＦＯＭＣ）の結果発表を日本時間17日未明に控え、買い手控えムードが広がった。

　膠着感が強まり、商いは細った。東証１部の売買代金は概算で１兆9118億円と、昨年大納会（12月30日、１兆6505億円）以来の低水準となった。売買高は18億6149万株だった。

　週明け14日にかけて戻り基調が強まっていた金融株には売りが出た。三菱ＵＦＪ、第一生命、野村の下落率はそろって３％を超える場面があった。日銀の黒田東彦総裁が16日の衆院財務金融委員会で、マイナス0.50％までの金利引き下げ余地について問われ肯定したとの受け止めが広がり、金融機関の業績悪化につながると懸念した売りを誘った。

　ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は続落。終値は前日比107.18ポイント（0.86％）安の１万2291.97だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は続落し、11.58ポイント（0.84％）安の1360.50で終えた。

　東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1340と、全体の約69％を占めた。値上がりは486、変わらずは118銘柄だった。
