27日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３日続落し、前日比62円79銭（0.36％）安の１万7290円49銭で終えた。米連邦公開市場委員会（ＦＯＭＣ）と日銀の金融政策決定会合の結果判明を日本時間28日に控え、持ち高調整目的の売りがやや優勢になった。2016年１～３月期決算を発表した米アップルの株価が時間外取引で大幅安となり、ファナックなど関連銘柄が売られたことも相場を押し下げた。一方、16年３月期の連結決算が従来予想を上回ったと発表した三菱ケミＨＤが上昇に転じるなど、好業績銘柄を物色する動きが下値を支えた。

朝方は買いが優勢だった。前日の海外市場で原油先物が約５カ月半ぶりの高値を付け、円相場が１ドル＝111円台前半に下落した海外市場の流れを引き継いで、日経平均先物に買いが先行した。

前日に16年12月期の連結業績予想を下方修正したキヤノンが大幅安となり、買い一巡後は下げに転じた。日経平均の下げ幅は123円まで拡大する場面があった。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400も３日続落し、前日比78.19ポイント安の１万2536.85で終えた。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も３日続落した。業種別ＴＯＰＩＸは33業種中21業種が下落した。「陸運業」や「電気機器」「鉄鋼業」などの下げが目立った。

27日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は反発した。終値は前日比５円８銭（0.21％）高い2465円31銭だった。日銀の金融政策決定会合や米連邦公開市場委員会（ＦＯＭＣ）を控え、東証１部銘柄には積極的に手掛けづらい雰囲気が広がっており、値幅取り狙いの資金が新興市場の主力株に向かった。マザーズ市場ではそーせいやグリンペプといったバイオ関連株が買いを集めて上昇した。ただ、日経平均株価が下落するなど株式相場全体の模様眺め気分は新興市場にも波及し、全体では小幅な上昇にとどまった。

　ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で450億円、売買高は１億1409万株だった。
主力銘柄で構成するＪＡＳＤＡＱ―ＴＯＰ20は反発した。

　東証マザーズ指数は４営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前日比22.60ポイント（1.98％）高い1162.53だった。
