自動車や電機など主要製造業の産業別労働組合で構成する金属労協は４日、３月末時点での春闘回答状況を発表した。給与水準を一律に引き上げるベースアップ（ベア）など、賃上げ獲得額で、中小組合が大手組合を上回った。平成７年に統計を初めて以来初めてで、連合や金属労協が強調してきた「底上げ」を反映した格好となっている。

　全体の賃上げ獲得額は１２４９円。組合規模別でみると組合員１千人以上の大手組合が１１２２円、３００～９９９人で１１２８円、２９９人以下の中小組合で１２８１円と、規模の小さい組合ほど、獲得額が大きくなっている。

　このほか、自動車総連では昨年は最終的に５０組合で獲得した非正規労働者の待遇改善について、３月末段階で、すでに９０組合で回答を得るなど、成果をあげているという。


　金属労協の相原康伸議長は、こういった結果に、「底上げの必要性を企業サイドも認めている」と指摘。中小組合が大手を上回る流れを今後、回答を引き出す組合に波及させ、底上げによる格差是正に取り組む姿勢を強調した。
