前日の米市場は感謝祭の祝日で休場だったが、トランプ米次期大統領の政策期待を背景にした株買い・円売りの流れは継続した。海外投資家だけでなく国内機関投資家も追随買いを入れているとの観測も聞かれ、海外勢の参加が少ない割に東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆7225億円と高水準だった。大引けにかけて大口の買いが入ったとの指摘もあった。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は11日続伸。終値は前日比40.79ポイント（0.31％）高の１万3146.29だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も11日続伸し、4.57ポイント（0.31％）高の1464.53で終えた。ＴＯＰＩＸの11日続伸は2015年５月15日～６月１日（12日続伸）以来。

東証１部の売買高は24億9278万株だった。値上がり銘柄数は1030と全体の５割を占めた。値下がりは835、変わらずは124銘柄だった。

トヨタや日産自、マツダなど自動車株が買いを集めた。パナソニックや三菱電が上昇し、味の素や関西電、ＯＬＣも高い。半面、主力のがん免疫治療薬「オプジーボ」の競合品が承認される見通しとなった小野薬は下落した。スズキやソフトバンクも下落した。みずほＦＧや三菱商にも売りが出た。

東証２部株価指数は反落した。シャープやマーキュリアが下落し、フライトＨＤやアートＳＨＤが上昇した。

25日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は反落した。終値は前日比10円84銭（0.41％）安い2633円24銭だった。円安の進行を受けて日経平均株価が上昇。投資家のリスク選好姿勢が強まり、日経ジャスダック平均株価も朝方には2650円62銭と年初来高値を上回った。ただ節目となる水準を上回ったことで、徐々に利益を確定する動きが強まった。
