16日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は続伸した。終値は前日比11円69銭（0.44％）高い2696円26銭と、13日の2685円83銭を上回って年初来高値を更新した。株式相場全体の上昇基調で投資家心理は一段と上向いており、新興株にも買いが波及した。半面、活況を呈している東証１部の主力株に物色が向かいやすい面もあり、ジャスダック平均の上げ幅は限られた。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で477億円、売買高は１億2447万株だった。クルーズや日本一ソフト、マクドナルドが上昇した。半面、トレイダーズやＦＶＣ、アスコットは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は３日続落した。終値は前日比4.09ポイント（0.44％）安い927.02だった。そーせいやエルテス、イグニスが下落した。一方でリファインＶやメタップス、アカツキは上昇した。

16日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は９日続伸し、終値は前日比127円36銭（0.66％）高の１万9401円15銭だった。９日続伸は2015年５月15日～６月１日（12日続伸）以来の長さとなる。７営業日連続で年初来高値を更新した。15日の米国株が反発したことや外国為替市場で円相場が対ドルで10カ月ぶりの安値となる118円台まで下落し、投資家の運用リスクを取る姿勢が強まり買いが優勢となった。一方で週末とあって利益確定売りが出たため上げ幅は限られ、日経平均の日中の値幅は80円弱にとどまった。

15日の米金融株高を受け三菱ＵＦＪやみずほＦＧなど銀行株が上昇した。長期金利が10カ月半ぶりに0.1％に上昇し、第一生命ＨＤやＴ＆Ｄに運用環境の改善を好感した買いが入った。フィラデルフィア証券取引所の半導体株指数（ＳＯＸ）の上昇を好感し、東エレクやアドテストなど国内の半導体関連銘柄も物色された

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は続伸した。終値は前日比78.36ポイント（0.57％）高の１万3882.89だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は続伸し、7.95ポイント（0.52％）高の1550.67で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆9082億円。売買高は23億1008万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1208と、全体の約６割を占めた。値下がりは656、変わらずは134銘柄だった。

日ロ経済協力での思惑買いが入った日揮が大幅高となり、大塚製薬とがん治療分野でライセンス契約をむすんだタカラバイオも大幅に上昇した。りそなＨＤやコンコルディ、三井住友トラなど銀行株も上昇した。一方、スマートフォン（スマホ）向けゲームの配信を始めた任天堂は大幅に下落した。東京海上やＭＳ＆ＡＤが下落し、富士通とＮＴＴドコモも下げた。

東証２部株価指数は10営業日ぶりに反落した。シャープと朝日インテクが下げ、アルデプロとラオックスは上げた。
