The Tokyo Stock Exchange 2 index rose for the first time in 10 years and 8 months
Jasdaq updated high price since the beginning of the year

For oncology immunizing drugs "Opivo", Ono medicine, which was reported as "a policy to begin domestic sales even for stomach cancer treatment during FY 2005", rose 5.8% to a large extent. The raise of Suzuki and Daikin was big. Eastern and Isuzu are expensive. The Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Index rose slightly. The closing price was 927.18 which was 6.64 points (0.72%) higher than the previous day. Soo Cynthia, MobCas rose. On the other hand, Ignis, Metapus, Eight Red fell.

27日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は４営業日ぶりに反発した。前日比６円42銭（0.03％）高の１万9403円06銭で終えた。前日までに３日続落していたこともあり、出遅れていた国内勢から押し目買いが入った。クリスマス休暇明けの一部の海外勢が買いに動き始めたとの声もあり、上げ幅は一時80円を超えた。個人投資家は材料の出た中小型株を物色する動きが強く、東証２部株価指数は5155.59と続伸し、2006年４月10日（5161.82）以来10年８カ月ぶりに高値を更新した。
朝方は年末年始の休暇を前に持ち高調整のための売りが出たが、売り一巡後は上げに転じる場面が目立った。きょうは12月決算企業の権利付き最終売買日で、株主優待や配当権利取りを狙った個人投資家の買いも入りやすかった。一方、年末で市場参加者が少ないうえ、年明けへの警戒感もあり、持ち高を一方向に傾ける動きは限られた。海外勢の多くは休暇中で、東証１部の売買代金は２日連続で２兆円を割り込んだ。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は４日続落した。終値は前日比10.05ポイント（0.07％）安の１万3775.68だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も４日続落し、1.92ポイント（0.12％）安の1536.22で終えた。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で１兆8354億円。売買高は17億4965万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は781と全体の38.9％を占めた。値下がりは1076、変わらずは149銘柄だった。
がん免疫薬「オプジーボ」について「17年度中に胃がん治療向けでも国内販売を始める方針」と伝わった小野薬が5.8％高と大幅に上昇した。スズキとダイキンの上げが大きかった。東エレクといすゞが高い。一方で、17年３月期に米国の原子力発電事業で1000億円規模の特別損失を計上する見通しと伝わった東芝は11.6％安だった。三菱電や菱地所の下げも目立った。ハウスやイオンも安かった。
東証２部ではシャープと象印が上げ、フライトＨＤとラオックスが下げた。
27日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は小幅続伸だった。終値は前日比６円34銭（0.23％）高い2723円48銭だった。材料の出た銘柄を中心に個人投資家の買いが入り、２日連続で年初来高値を更新した。ただ年末で市場参加者が少なく東証１部銘柄の動きも限られたことから、新興市場も上値は限定的だった。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で558億円、売買高は１億5630万株だった。トレイダーズやアイフリークが上昇した。半面、セグエＧやメイコー、アスコットは下落した。
東証マザーズ指数は小幅続伸した。終値は前日比6.64ポイント（0.72％）高い927.18だった。そーせいやシンシア、モブキャスが上昇した。一方でイグニスやメタップス、エイトレッドは下落だった。
