東証大引け、４日続落し３カ月ぶり安値　中国懸念でリスク回避

７日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は４日続落した。終値は前日比423円98銭（2.33％）安の１万7767円34銭だった。１万8000円の大台を割り込み、昨年10月２日以来およそ３カ月ぶりの安値で終えた。人民元安のほか、中国株式相場が大幅安となって取引が停止され、投資家心理が冷え込んだ。運用リスクを避ける動きが続き、後場に日経平均は下げ幅を一段と広げた。

　日経平均が年初から４日続落するのは1995年以来21年ぶり。７日は中国人民銀行（中央銀行）が午前に人民元の対ドル基準値を11年３月18日以来の元安水準に設定し、中国からの資金流出に対する警戒感が一段と高まった。投資家のあいだではリスクを回避する動きが加速し、外国為替市場では「安全通貨」とされる円を買ってドルを売る動きが進行。中国の上海と深センの両取引所が相場急落を受けて、取引開始から約30分で全ての株式の売買を終日停止したことも心理悪化に拍車をかけた。

　中東情勢の緊迫化や北朝鮮による核実験など年明けから悪材料が相次いでいることも引き続き重荷。午後に日経平均は下げ幅を一段と広げ、「地合い悪化に乗じて投機筋が売りの勢いを強めている」との見方もあった。

　ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は４日続落した。終値は前日比290.19ポイント（2.16％）安の１万3121.96だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も４日続落し、30.90ポイント（2.08％）安の1457.94で終えた。業種別ＴＯＰＩＸでは全33業種中、電気・ガス業を除く32業種が下げた。なかでも鉱業や鉄鋼、海運業などの下げがきつい。

　東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆8338億円と、昨年12月18日以来の高水準。売買高は23億7486万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は全体の８割強の1647、値上がりは239、変わらずは49だった。
