　午前発表の中国の１月の製造業購買担当者景気指数（ＰＭＩ）は好意的に受け止められた。中国政府が発表したＰＭＩが前の月から低下したものの、中国メディアの財新が発表したＰＭＩは２カ月ぶりに改善。中国の景況感に大幅な悪化がみられず、中国の成長減速懸念が後退した。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は続伸。終値は前週末比302.06ポイント（2.34％）高の１万3219.49だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は続伸し、30.60ポイント（2.14％）高の1462.67で終えた。

　東証１部の売買代金は概算で３兆8519億円。売買高は35億248万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1617と、全体の８割超を占めた。値下がりは286、変わらずは31銘柄だった。
