９日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は４日続伸し、前日比230円90銭（1.23％）高の１万8996円37銭で終えた。一時１万9000円台を回復する場面もあった。８日の欧米株高を受けて心理が強気となった投資家の買いが広がった。大引けでは利益確定売りが集中し、１万9000円の節目を割り込んで終えた。

日本株の先高観を強めた中長期で運用する海外投資家が時価総額の大きい主力株を中心に買いを入れたという。三菱ＵＦＪやファストリなどが１月４日以来の年初来高値を更新し、株価指数の上昇に拍車をかけた。

寄り付きの株価指数先物・オプション12月物の特別清算指数（ＳＱ）算出に伴う売買が買い越しとなったことも投資家を強気にさせた。指数寄与度の高いファストリは寄り付き後にも買われて大幅高となり、日経平均を57円ほど押し上げた。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は４日続伸した。終値は前日比110.58ポイント（0.82％）高の１万3655.69だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は４日続伸し、12.67ポイント（0.84％）高の1525.36で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で３兆9249億円。売買高は31億3196万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1250と、全体の約6割を占めた。値下がりは606、変わらずは137銘柄だった。

2016年２～10月期の連結純利益が４年連続の最高益となった積ハウスは約半年ぶりの高値を付けた。エーザイや任天堂、野村、ファナック、新日鉄住金が上昇した。一方、住友不やヤマハ発、クボタは下落した。

東証２部株価指数は５日続伸だった。シャープと朝日インテクが上げ、黒田精と安川情報は下げた。

９日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は小幅に続落した。終値は前日比３円88銭（0.15％）安い2663円37銭だった。利益確定目的の売りがやや優勢で、週末を控えることも積極的な売買を見送らせた。日経平均株価が一時１万9000円を上回るなど堅調に推移し、東証１部の主力株に資金が流出した面もあった。自動運転技術を開発するＺＭＰの上場延期を受け、これまで物色を集めてきた関連銘柄が軒並み安となった。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で377億円、売買高は8713万株だった。ハーモニックやアイサンテク、平田機工が下落した。ＦＶＣは制限値幅の下限（ストップ安）で終えた。半面、テリロジーやユビテック、アズジェントは上昇した。

東証マザーズ指数は７営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前日比16.40ポイント（1.85％）高い904.95だった。時価総額の大きいそーせいの上昇がけん引した。メタップスやエルテスも上昇した。一方、ドリコムやセレス、オンコリスが下落した。
