新興株12日、ジャスダックが年初来高値　マザーズも続伸

12日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は５日続伸し、前週末比158円66銭（0.84％）高の１万9155円03銭で終了した。日経平均は今年に入り初めて終値で１万9000円を上回って終了した。前週末９日に米ダウ工業株30種平均が連日で過去最高値を更新。東京外国為替市場で円相場が１ドル＝115円台半ばと約10カ月ぶりの安値を付けたことで投資家心理が改善し、運用リスクを取る買いが広がった。

10日にウィーンの石油輸出国機構（ＯＰＥＣ）本部で開かれた閣僚会議では加盟国と非加盟国が15年ぶりとなる協調減産で合意した。ニューヨーク・マーカンタイル取引所（ＮＹＭＥＸ）の原油先物相場は時間外取引で急伸。投資家心理の改善が進んだ。

クリスマス休暇入りを控えた海外投資家などが海運や証券、鉄鋼などこれまで割安感を手掛かりに買ってきた銘柄に利益確定の売りを出した。半面、上昇率が鈍かった食料や小売り、医薬品といった内需株には見直し買いが入った。

日経平均は2015年12月30日の終値である１万9033円71銭を上回り、年間で上昇に転じた。ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は５日続伸。終値は前週末比57.07ポイント（0.42％）高の１万3712.76だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も５日続伸し、6.07ポイント（0.4％）高の1531.43で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で３兆3144億円。売買高は29億5550万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1119と、全体の56％を占めた。値下がりは773、変わらずは105銘柄だった。

中期経営計画を昼すぎに発表したテルモは大幅高となった。味の素とキリンＨＤは上昇し、ダイキンやＮＴＴが上昇した。一方、米半導体関連株の軟調を受けて、東芝は下落した。三菱商と住友鉱は大幅安となり、ＳＭＣとコマツも下げた。

東証２部株価指数は６日続伸した。シャープとアートＳＨＤが上げ、プロスペクトとアルデプロは下げた。

12日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は３営業日ぶりに反発した。前週末比６円25銭（0.23％）高い2669円62銭と、2015年12月11日以来、約１年ぶりの高値を付けた。相場全体の上昇で個人の資金余力が高まり、新興市場の出遅れていた銘柄を中心に買いが入った。午後にかけては利益確定売りが出て、上げ幅を縮小した。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で321億円、売買高は7624万株だった。テリロジーやピクセル、マクドナルドが上昇した。半面、平田機工やクルーズ、シノケンＧは下落した。ＦＶＣは出資先のＺＭＰ上場延期が嫌気され売り気配のまま推移し、大引けで値幅制限の下限（ストップ安）となる前週末比500円（20.21％）安の1974円で取引が成立した。

東証マザーズ指数は続伸した。終値は17.09ポイント（1.89％）高い922.04だった。そーせいやグリンペプ、サイバダインが上昇した。メタップスやイグニス、モブキャスが下落した。
