今年度の特集では、工期短縮・コスト縮減による環境負荷低減を実現する既設構造物直下向けの地盤改良工法「FTJ-FAN工法」や、

海中の生物多様性を創出する被覆ブロック「ペルメックス」などの環境配慮工法・製品をご紹介しています。

当社の工法・製品は普段目に見えるものは多くはありませんが、実は皆様の安全で快適な暮らしに役立ち環境にも配慮している、
ということを感じていただきたいと思います。

新経営理念・経営方針を軸に持続的な成長を目指す

当社では2015年4月に経営理念・経営方針、行動規範を刷新しました。
経営理念では当社の使命を「豊かで安全・安心な国土づくりに貢献」として明確に位置づけました。
「豊かで」とは、道路や鉄道、港湾などさまざまな社会基盤の整備を指しています。
「安全・安心」とは、地震や台風などの自然災害に対する防災を意味します。

経営方針は「土木・地盤改良・ブロックの3事業の協調による持続的成長」としています。
これは事業規模の拡大ではなく、3事業が協調することで持続的により良い会社に変化していくことを目指しています。

この実現に向けて、すべての役員と社員が共有する行動規範には、「常に独自技術の開発と品質向上を図っていく」という
経営理念・経営方針を補完する規範に加えて、健全な倫理観の保持、適正な取引、働きやすい職場環境の構築など、CSRの考え方も盛り込んでいます。

これらはトップダウンで決めたものではなく、社員のワーキンググループ等を通じて練り上げたものです。
現在は各部署が、行動規範に沿ったPDCAプランを作成している段階ですので、今後の展開にご期待ください。
