22日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３日ぶりに大幅反発し、前日比941円27銭（5.88％）高の１万6958円53銭で終えた。上げ幅は昨年９月９日以来、約４カ月半ぶりの大きさだった。日本や欧州の金融当局が追加緩和に踏み切るとの期待が強まり、投資家心理が改善。週末を前にした持ち高調整を目的とした買いも巻き込んで、上昇に拍車がかかった。

　欧州中央銀行（ＥＣＢ）のドラギ総裁が、21日の理事会後の記者会見で「３月の理事会で政策を再評価する」と発言。近い将来に追加緩和に踏み切るとの連想が働いた。投資家心理を冷やしてきた原油安に歯止めがかかったことも寄与し、東京市場でも運用リスクを取る動きが広がった。

　大引けにかけて崩れる展開が最近は目立っていただけに、後場に入っても売り注文が少ないことが買い安心感を広げた。売り持ち高を積み上げていた海外勢のなどの買い戻しも巻き込み、取引終了にかけて上げ幅を急速に広げた。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は３日ぶりに大幅反発した。終値は前日比658.20ポイント高の１万2391.02だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も３日ぶりに大幅反発し、72.70ポイント高の1374.19で終えた。

　東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆8194億円、売買高は26億431万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1920と、ほぼ全面高だった。値下がりは８銘柄にとどまり、ＱＵＩＣＫ端末でデータが取得可能な1997年２月３日以来で最も少なかった。変わらずは７銘柄だった。
